    Serien- und Parallelschaltungen

Physical Knowledge: Power (P) = Voltage (U) * Current (I). To increase charging power, two measures can be taken: increasing charging voltage (U) and increasing charging current (I).

    Series Connection:

Charging Principle: P = U * I (Power = Voltage * Current). In a series connection, the charging voltage is increased to boost charging power.

For example: A single solar panel provides 20V, so two solar panels connected in series would give 20V * 2 = 40V.

    Parallel Connection:

Charging Principle: P = U * I (Power = Voltage * Current). In a parallel connection, the charging current is increased to boost charging power.

For example: A single 100W solar panel has a current of 5.27A; two panels connected in parallel will provide a current of 10.54A.

Important Considerations for Connecting Solar Panels in Series and Parallel to Charge Portable Power Station:

Choose the appropriate model and number of solar panels based on the maximum solar charging power supported by the portable power station.

Select the proper series or parallel connection method according to the solar charging parameters of the portable power station.

Correctly use series and parallel adapters and ensure proper connections.

Use the same model, specification, and brand of solar panels for series and parallel connections.

Failure to choose and use solar panels according to specifications may result in low charging efficiency (excessive power cannot be utilized), inability to charge (voltage too high triggering overvoltage protection), or suboptimal charging performance.
