Voltage、Frequency Display Abnormalities
If the voltage and frequency displayed on the power station's screen in the top-right corner are abnormal after turning on the AC switch, this may indicate an internal fault. If you encounter the following issue, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
Issue: After turning on the AC switch, the voltage and frequency displayed in the top-right corner of the screen are abnormal (not within the standard range) and the power station cannot be used.
Steps to Resolve the Issue:
- Step 1: Check the Power Station Display Screen
Normally, after turning on the AC switch, the green indicator light should illuminate, and the display in the top-right corner of the screen should show the correct voltage and frequency (100V/60Hz).
If there is no display or the readings are abnormal, reset the power station and then turn on the AC switch again. Observe if the screen displays the correct values after restarting.
- Step 2: Perform a Reset
To reset the power station, press and hold the DISPLAY (POWER) + USB (DC) combination key. The specific procedure may vary depending on the model, so please refer to the user manual for the correct instructions.
Note: If the problem persists after performing the reset, and the voltage/frequency display remains abnormal, this indicates an internal fault. Please contact customer service for after-sales support and further assistance.
