USB Port Automatically Turns Off After Use

If the USB port of the power station functions normally for a period and then automatically shuts off, it may be due to the power station's battery running out, the low-load power-saving mode, or an internal fault. If you encounter this issue, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve it.

Issue: The USB port works normally but automatically turns off after a period of use and cannot be used further.

Steps to Troubleshoot and Resolve the Issue:

• Step 1: Check the Power Station Display

Verify the power station's display to ensure the battery level is sufficient.

If the battery is depleted, the USB output will stop.

Under normal conditions, the display shows the power consumption of the USB device, and the battery percentage gradually decreases over time.

• Step 2: Check the USB Device

The power station's USB output has a low-load detection function. For devices with very low power consumption, the USB output will automatically turn off after a certain period (for power consumption below 2W).

Examples of low-power devices: Bluetooth earphones, smart bands.

Automatic shutdown for low-power devices after a period is normal. You can restart the USB output by pressing the power button or increasing the device's power consumption beyond the shutdown threshold.

Low-power shutdown timing: Default is 12 hours. For models with an app, this setting can be adjusted via the app.

If the USB device is not low-power and the power station has sufficient battery, yet the USB output still turns off automatically, this may indicate an internal fault. Please contact customer service for further assistance.
