Check whether the light switch button is stuck or unresponsive. The button should be easy to press, with a smooth, responsive feel and no resistance.

• Step 2: Check the energy display screen

Press the power display switch to check if the portable power station has sufficient power. A depleted battery may cause the light not to turn on.
