EPS Not Working
EPS (Emergency Power Supply) Not Working
If the EPS function of the power station cannot be activated, it may be due to external conditions, insufficient battery levels, or internal faults. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Issue: The EPS (Emergency Power Supply) function does not activate.
Steps to Resolve:
- Step 1: Check the Charging (Grid Power) Input
Verify whether the power input from the grid is functional.
EPS only activates during a power outage. If the grid power is not interrupted, the EPS function cannot be initiated.
- Step 2: Check the Power Station Display
Confirm the battery level on the power station display.
If the internal battery level is low, the EPS function will not work during a power outage, as it relies on the battery to provide backup power.
Further Assistance: If the grid power is interrupted and the battery level is sufficient, but the EPS function still does not activate, this may indicate an internal fault. Please contact customer service for assistance.
