Parallel Operation Abnormality
The abnormality in the parallel operation (parallel power) of the portable power station may be due to issues with the parallel device, the connection between power station units, or internal faults within the portable power station. If you encounter the following problem during use, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the parallel expansion issue.
Phenomenon: Failure of parallel operation between two units, and they cannot be used normally.
Please follow these steps to address the parallel operation issue:
- Step 1: Check the parallel connection device (JACKERY connector)
Check the connection between the two main units. A successful connection will display the parallel symbol. Do not attempt to parallel connect while the system is in the output state. If the parallel symbol is not displayed, try reconnecting.

- Step 2: Check the energy display screen
Check the AC output frequency of both units (50/60Hz). When the output frequency matches, the parallel symbol will be displayed, indicating successful parallel operation. If the output frequencies do not match, parallel operation will fail.

- Step 3: Check the overcurrent protection switch of the parallel device
The overcurrent protection switch of the parallel device should be in the closed position. If it is popped up, press it back down.

Note: Do not attempt to connect the two portable power stations while they are powered on. The parallel operation must be performed with the units powered off.
If the connection is secure, the frequencies are consistent, and the power is sufficient, but the units still fail to parallel, this indicates an internal fault. Please contact customer service for after-sales assistance.
