Abnormal Symbols Displayed
If the display screen of the power station shows abnormal symbols and the device cannot be used, it may be caused by internal faults, external environmental factors, or improper usage. If your power station encounters the following issues, please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article to resolve the problem.

During normal charging, the charging power will be displayed, and the battery percentage will gradually increase. Display high temperature symbol | Check and confirm the ambient temperature where the power is being used. High temperatures may trigger overheat protection; the symbol will disappear once the temperature returns to normal. If the ambient temperature is not the issue, it indicates an internal fault. |
