    Abnormal Symbols Displayed

If the display screen of the power station shows abnormal symbols and the device cannot be used, it may be caused by internal faults, external environmental factors, or improper usage. If your power station encounters the following issues, please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article to resolve the problem.

    Display low

    battery symbol

    Check the power station display screen;

charge using the charger. During normal charging,

the charging power will be displayed,

and the battery percentage will gradually increase.

If there is no charging power and the battery

percentage does not increase, it indicates aninternal

    fault and requires repair.

    1. If charging is possible, the

issue is due to low battery,

and you can continue using it

    after charging.

    2. If charging is not possible, please arrange for repair

    overcharging

    symbol

Check the power station display screen and

perform a reset. If the abnormal symbol cannot

be cleared, it indicates an internal fault

Reset and restore, if no improvement, proceed

    with repair.

    Internal Fault

    Display high

    temperature

    symbol

Check and confirm the ambient temperature

where the power is being used. High temperatures

may trigger overheat protection; the symbol will

disappear once the temperature returns to normal.

If the ambient temperature is not the issue,

    it indicates an internal fault.

    Inspection/Repair handling

Confirm that the ambient temperature meets the standard
    Charging: 0-40°C/32-104°F, Discharging: -10-40°C/14-104°F

Display of over-temperature symbol (high temperature)

indicates that the power supply has entered temperature

protection mode. At this point, charging and discharging are

not possible. The cause of the issue needs to be identified.
