Verify whether you are using the original charger. Check the charging power displayed on the power station’s screen to ensure it is normal.

If a non-original charger is used, it may provide insufficient charging power, making it impossible to fully charge the power station within the specified time.

• Step 2: Confirm the Charging Duration:

Ensure the charging time aligns with the standard duration for your power station.

In cases where the actual battery capacity may slightly exceed the nominal capacity, extend the charging time by an additional 30 minutes to see if the power station can reach 100%.

If it still cannot reach 100%, the issue may be due to an internal fault.

• Step 3: Reset and Calibrate the Battery:

If the charging time exceeds the standard duration by more than 1 hour and the power station still cannot fully charge, perform a reset to recalibrate the battery level.
