    AC Output Not Working

If the AC output of the power station does not work when connected to electrical devices, it may be caused by issues with the external device or internal faults in the power station. If you encounter the following issue, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

Issue: AC-connected device does not work.

Steps to Troubleshoot: Check the Power Station Display:

Ensure the power station has sufficient battery charge.

The green AC indicator light should be on, and the screen should display output power. The battery percentage should gradually decrease during use.

For models with voltage and frequency displays, ensure the correct voltage and frequency are shown.

If the AC output does not work despite these checks, it may indicate an internal fault.

Note: Before using the power station, confirm that the connected device’s power requirement is compatible.

The device's power must be equal to or less than the rated power of the power station. Ideally, leave some margin, as actual device power may vary slightly.

If the issue persists after completing the above steps, please contact customer service for assistance.
