    Low Charging Power

Low charging power in a power station may be caused by high remaining battery levels, environmental temperature, charger issues, or internal faults. If you encounter the following issue during charging, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve it.

Issue:The screen displays a charging power significantly lower than the normal charging power when the charger is connected.

    Steps to Resolve:

    • Step 1: Check the Charger:

Verify that you are using the original charger by comparing the charger's label with the charging parameters in the user manual.

Non-original chargers may result in insufficient charging power or failure to charge.

If you own different power stations, do not mix their chargers as they may not be compatible.

    • Step 2: Inspect the Power Station Display:

Check the remaining battery level displayed on the power station screen.

Charging power is typically lower when the battery level is high. Maximum charging power is achieved when the battery level is low (e.g., around 20%).

As the battery level increases, the charging power naturally decreases.

To accurately assess charging power issues, test the charging power at low battery levels.

    • Step 3: Replace the Charger to Confirm

If no issues are found in the above checks, replace the charger to determine if it is causing the problem.

If charging power returns to normal with a different charger, the original charger is faulty.

If the issue persists with a new charger, it may indicate an internal fault in the power station.

    • Step 4: Check the Environmental Temperature

The power station uses lithium batteries, which are sensitive to environmental temperatures during charging and discharging.

If the temperature is too low, the charging system may automatically reduce the charging power.

Ensure the charging environment is at an optimal temperature (e.g., room temperature) to maintain normal charging performance.

Important Notes:Always use the original charger provided with the power station. Do not mix chargers between different models.

If the issue persists after following these steps, contact customer service for further assistance.
