Jackery Portable Power Stations feature lithium batteries and should be used in accordance with the instructions in the user manual. Improper use can lead to abnormal performance and shorten the product's lifespan. No special maintenance is required, but the following points should be noted:

A. If the power is completely drained, please recharge it within 30 days. Otherwise, the battery may naturally degrade and become unusable or unable to charge.

B. If the portable power station is not used for a long time, store it in a cool, dry place. Otherwise, the battery may rust or lose performance.

C. For long-term storage (over 3 months), periodically check and keep the battery at 50% of its rated capacity. Store it in a cool, dry environment with a temperature range of 0°C/32°F to 40°C/104°F and humidity between 0% and 60%. Avoid contact with corrosive substances and keep it away from fire or heat sources.

D. Do not modify or misuse the portable power station. Doing so may result in product damage, personal injury, or property loss.
