    Charging Display Abnormalities

Abnormal charging display on the power station may be caused by an internal fault. If you encounter any of the following issues while charging your power station, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the problem:

    Symptoms:

    • symptom1: Incomplete or Garbled Characters on the Display: The LCD shows missing strokes or incomplete characters.
    • symptom2: Screen Flickers During Charging with No Charging Power Displayed: The screen flashes without indicating any charging power.
    • symptom3: Screen Shows 100% Charge When Charger is Plugged In, Drops to 0% When Unplugged: Accompanied by abnormal symbols such as overload or low battery indicators.

    Steps to Resolve the Issue:

    1. Check the Display:During charging, the display should clearly show charging information with complete and accurate characters, without missing strokes or garbled text.If the display shows incomplete or garbled characters, try resetting the power station. If resetting does not resolve the issue, it may indicate an internal fault.
    2. Inspect Charging Behavior:During normal charging, the screen should display the charging power, and the battery percentage should gradually increase. If the charging power is not displayed, the battery percentage does not increase, or the battery drops to 0% when the charger is unplugged, or the device is entirely unresponsive, it likely indicates an internal fault.
