Phenomenon: The add-on battery pack is connected, but the expansion pack symbol does not display, and it cannot be used.

Please follow these steps to address the expansion pack issue:

• Step: Check the expansion cable

When the main unit and the add-on battery pack are correctly connected using the expansion cable, the display should show the expansion pack symbol and the number of connected battery packs. If this symbol is not displayed, try reconnecting the units.

Note: Ensure that the units are powered off before connecting the add-on battery pack. Connecting the pack while the unit is powered on may cause the main unit to fail to recognize the expansion pack, resulting in a failed expansion.

Reminder: The main unit and the expansion pack should be connected when both are powered off, as failure to do so may result in communication failure, inability to recognize the add-on battery pack, and prevent the display from showing the expansion symbol.
