After connecting the charger, the charger indicator light turns on.
The power station charging indicator light turns on. The screen does not display charging power. The entire unit is unresponsive:
The screen does not light up.
Connecting the charger does not initiate charging.
Steps to Resolve Charging Issues:
- Step 1: Check the Charger
Inspect the charging outlet, charger, and the power station's charging port to ensure they are properly connected.
When the charger is correctly connected, its indicator light should turn on.
If the charger's indicator light does not turn on, replace the charger to determine if it is the source of the issue.
- Step 2: Check the Power Station Display
If the charger’s indicator light is on, observe the blue indicator light and charging power display on the power station panel.
During normal charging:
The blue indicator light should turn on.
The screen should display the charging power, and the battery percentage should gradually increase.
- Step 3: Try Different Charging Methods and Devices
If the power station's indicator light does not turn on and the screen does not display charging power, use the power station’s car charging cable for testing.
If the power station charges normally using the car charging cable, the issue lies with the charger.
If the issue persists, it may indicate an internal hardware fault with the power station.
Important Notes:
Always use the original charger and car charging cable for charging.
