Display Shows "F6"
F6 Error Code on AC Output
If the power station's AC output displays the F6 error code, it may be caused by connected devices exceeding the power station's rated output capacity or an internal hardware fault. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Issue: When a device is connected to the AC output port, the display shows the F6 error code, and the output cannot be used.
Steps to Resolve AC Output Issues:
- Step 1: Check the Connected Device
Verify the power rating of the connected device.
During normal use, the device's rated power should not exceed the power station's rated output capacity.
If the device's power exceeds the power station's rated capacity, the power station will trigger overload protection, displaying the F6 error code.
Disconnect (unplug) the device to reset the power station. After resetting, the F6 error code should disappear.
- Step 2: Check the Power Station Display
Inspect the power station display during normal operation.
It should show the output power and a gradually decreasing battery percentage.
If the device's power rating is within limits and the error persists even after disconnecting the device and resetting, it may indicate an internal hardware fault.
Further Assistance: If the error cannot be resolved after following these steps, please contact customer service for after-sales support and hardware repair.
Note: Always ensure connected devices are compatible with the power station's rated capacity to avoid triggering protection mechanisms.
