Unable to Fast Charge
USB Output Unable to Fast Charge
If the USB port of the power station cannot provide fast charging or the fast charging power does not meet the standard, it may be due to the connected device not supporting fast charging, the power station not supporting fast charging power, connection issues between the device and the USB port, or internal faults in the power station. If you encounter this issue, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
Issue: The USB port (USB-A/C) does not support fast charging, or the fast charging power does not meet the fast charge standard.
Steps to Troubleshoot and Resolve USB Output Issues:
- Step 1: Check the USB Device
Verify that the connected device supports fast charging. If the device does not support fast charging, the feature will not be available.
If the device supports fast charging, confirm whether it uses a standard fast charging protocol (e.g., QC3.0 or USB PD). Non-standard third-party fast charging technologies may face compatibility issues.
- Step 2: Check the Device Usage Mode
Some devices, such as smartphones and laptops, only enable fast charging in screen-off mode, where the power is maximized.
In screen-on mode, charging power may not reach fast charging levels to prevent the internal battery from overheating.Q
Fast Charging Requirements:
- The power station's USB port must support a fast charging protocol.
- The connected device must support fast charging functionality.
- The charging cable must meet fast charging standards (original charging cables are recommended).
If these conditions are met and the issue persists, contact customer service for further assistance.
