Automatic Shutdown After Use
Car Charging Port Automatically Shuts Off After Use
If the car charging port (cigarette lighter port) stops outputting power after functioning for a period of time, it may be due to battery depletion, the low-power load mode design, or an internal fault. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Issue: The car charging port shuts off automatically after operating normally for some time.
Steps to Troubleshoot:
- Step 1: Check the Power Station Display
Press the power display button to check the remaining battery level on the screen.
If the battery is low or depleted, the power station will automatically shut off output after a period of use.
- Step 2: Check the Device Power Requirements
Ensure that the connected device’s power consumption is within the rated power range of the car charging port (12V/10A/120W).
If the device’s power exceeds the car charging port’s rated power, overload protection will be triggered, and the port will stop outputting power.
Further Assistance: If no issues are found in the above checks and the car charging port still does not work, it is likely due to an internal circuitry fault. Please contact customer service for further assistance.
Note: Monitor the green indicator light and the screen for power consumption and battery level during use.
