Car Charging Port Output Not Working
If the car charging port (cigarette lighter port) of the power station is not functioning, it may be caused by issues with the power requirements of the external device, connection problems, or internal circuitry faults. If you encounter this issue, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve it.
Issue: The car charging port is connected to a device but does not provide output or cannot be used.
Steps to Resolve the Issue:
- Step 1: Check the Power Station Display
Press the power display button to confirm the remaining battery level.
When the car charging port switch is turned on, the green indicator light should illuminate.
The screen should display the power consumption, and the battery percentage should gradually decrease as the device is used.
- Step 2: Check the Device Power Requirements
Ensure that the connected device’s power consumption is within the rated power range of the car charging port (12V/10A/120W).
If the device’s power exceeds the car charging port’s rated power, overload protection will be triggered, and the port will stop outputting power.
Further Assistance: If no issues are found in the above checks and the car charging port still does not work, it is likely due to an internal circuitry fault. Please contact customer service for further assistance.
Note: Monitor the green indicator light and the screen for power consumption and battery level during use.
