Inductive Load Appliances
Inductive Load: An inductive load refers to a load that has inductive parameters, meaning its current lags the voltage by a phase difference compared to the power source. In simple terms, it refers to high-power appliances that use the principle of electromagnetic induction, such as motors, compressors, etc. Inductive loads require a significant peak power during startup. (For example, a refrigerator with a rated power of 50W may require a peak power of up to 350W during startup, which is 7 times its rated power.)
Common Appliances: Refrigerators, motors, water pumps, washing machines, soybean milk makers (commonly AC-powered appliances that involve rotational movement).
